Construction is evolving. And so should the way we understand performance.
Xpanel is an integral building system designed to combine structure, insulation, and efficiency into a single solution. At its core, a high-resistance 3D steel structure — formed by interconnected meshes — works together with an EPS insulating core and concrete layers applied on site. The result is a monolithic reinforced concrete system, fully compliant with Eurocodes and international standards, capable of adapting to any architectural design, from single-family homes to multi-storey developments.
But performance goes beyond structure. Xpanel delivers high seismic resistance, exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation, and fire resistance of up to 240 minutes. Its lightweight nature reduces foundation requirements, while its simplicity accelerates construction timelines by integrating multiple elements into one system. Less weight, fewer materials, lower energy demand and a more efficient, sustainable way to build.
Built like a machine. Delivered like a masterpiece.
Precision is a luxury in construction. We believe it should be the standard.
In high-performance industries like automotive, every millimeter matters. Every curve, every component, every detail is engineered to perfection. At Xpanel, we bring that same mindset to construction. Our system is designed with aggressive tolerances, ensuring that structure, insulation, and performance come together seamlessly in a single solution.
Because when you build with precision, you don’t just build faster. You build better. Less waste, fewer errors, tighter execution, and results you can rely on. Just like a luxury car, it’s not only about how it looks it’s about how perfectly everything works together.
Speed you can actually feel while waiting for your new home.
Efficiency in construction is no longer just about speed. It’s about building smarter, reducing impact, and delivering better results at every stage of the process.
With Xmodular powered by Xpanel technology, projects can achieve over 30% cost reduction while significantly improving sustainability through lower energy consumption. At the same time, structures become stronger and lighter, reducing overall weight by up to 25% and allowing the use of smaller cranes, optimizing both logistics and on-site operations.
This is driven by a combination of rapid construction, unmatched quality, reduced man-hours, high thermal performance, and minimal waste generation. A system designed to adapt across modular construction, in-situ structures, and precast integration, bringing flexibility without compromising performance.
If you are looking to elevate the way you build, our team is ready to support your next project.
Every millimeter has a purpose.
What happens between two panels is where the real value of construction is decided. Not on the surface, not in the concrete itself, but in that precise gap where everything connects and where engineering stops being theory and becomes something tangible. That small space you see is not empty, it is where precision lives, where tolerance is controlled, and where a system proves it has been designed to work as one.
That junction is where Xpanel operates with intention. Every alignment, every tolerance, every millimeter is part of a controlled process that turns construction into something predictable and repeatable. It’s not about making things fit on site, it’s about ensuring they were always meant to fit from the very beginning.
Because in the end, what defines a building is not just what you see, but how it holds together. Xpanel approaches construction as a complete system, where each connection is designed to perform, not to adapt. And sometimes, the most important part of the story is the smallest space in between.
This is what I call trusting the process.
Behind every finished building there is a phase where everything is still structure, systems, and precision engineering. A moment where the vision is not yet visible, but the foundations are already being built.
At Xpanel, we understand that great projects are not created overnight. They are the result of careful planning, advanced construction systems, and teams committed to delivering excellence at every stage of the process.
What today looks like formwork and structure will soon become spaces where people live, work, and create.
Because in construction, just like in innovation, great results come to those who trust the process.
From small models to real structures.
Every great project begins with an idea — often first expressed through a model, a sketch, or a concept on a desk.
What once exists at a small scale, carefully studied and refined, eventually becomes a real building, a real structure, and a real space where people live, work, and connect.
At Xpanel, we believe that transforming ideas into reality requires more than vision. It requires precision, innovation, and efficient building systems capable of bringing architecture from concept to construction.
From models to full-scale structures, we help turn ambitious designs into durable, efficient, and buildable solutions.
Because every great project starts small but is meant to become something much bigger.
Architecture reduced to its essentials.
Completed in 2025, the Wasabi Project by EME157 Arquitectura is a detached house designed for a couple passionate about mountain activities, climbing, skateboarding, and Japanese culture.
Located on a unique heart-shaped plot surrounded by holm oaks and natural stone, the project embraces a philosophy of simplicity and efficiency. The house is organized around a double-height central space that connects all rooms, eliminating corridors and allowing flexible living through Japanese-inspired sliding panels.
Constructively, the project sits on an elevated steel platform, minimizing ground impact. The load-bearing walls were built using the Xpanel system, combining structure and thermal insulation through a 20 cm EPS core reinforced with mesh and finished with a 5 cm concrete layer.
The result is a home where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle come together through clarity of space and efficient construction.
Progress accelerates when industry leaders meet in the same room.
On February 6th, 2026, we had the pleasure of welcoming the team from Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) to the Xpanel factory, in a visit hosted by David Milligan and attended by around 30 engineering professionals.
The day began with a technical presentation delivered by Mamerto Gamboa, Global Technical Officer, where we explored the engineering principles behind Xpanel, its structural capabilities, and the role advanced panelized systems can play in the future of construction.
Following the presentation, the group joined a factory tour, where we showcased the machinery manufacturing process and the full Xpanel production line, providing a first-hand look at how precision engineering and industrialized construction come together to deliver faster, more efficient building solutions.
The visit then continued at Modular Innovations, the internal DAMAC Properties company focused on modular production. There, the CTBUH delegation explored a wide range of modular solutions including modular housing systems, community assets, pods, and integrated modular MEP solutions, demonstrating how modular construction can scale across different building typologies.
During the visit, Mark Campbell from Modular Innovations shared insights on the decision to adopt Xpanel technology, highlighting the value of the technical support and the seamless integration of the system into modular production workflows.
We look forward to sharing reflections from CTBUH on their experience, as well as their perspective on the Modular Innovations factory and products, and the potential impact that these technologies could have on the future of the construction industry.
Days like this reinforce an important idea: innovation grows faster when engineering, manufacturing, and industry leaders come together in the same place.
The first architect is the human hand.
Before concrete is poured. Before walls rise. Before structures become landmarks.
There is a person shaping the grid. Measuring. Aligning. Creating.
This image is not just about construction. It’s about authorship.
At Xpanel, we talk about advanced structural systems — EPS core, reinforced steel mesh, high-performance concrete, energy efficiency, strength, speed. But none of it matters without the human who understands space, tension, balance and proportion.
Technology is the instrument. The worker is the artist.
Each panel becomes a canvas. Each structure, a sculpture of engineering and vision.
We don’t just build walls. We create environments where ideas become permanent.
Because in the end, innovation is not cold. It has hands. It has precision. It has intention.
And it builds the future.
