The Method Is Spreading. The System Has a Name.
Industrialized construction is no longer the exception. That is exactly when the name starts to matter. As more of the market moves off-site, "3D panel" and "industrialized" become categories — words that describe a method, not a maker. Xpanel is not a category.
It is a specific system: how it is engineered, how it is built, and the standard it is designed to set. When the method becomes normal, the difference is no longer that you industrialize. It is which system you industrialize with.

The Murcia FC Stadium transformation takes shape.
Work continues at the Murcia FC Stadium.
After the new stands proved what the Xpanel system could do, the wider transformation of the stadium is now taking shape on site — level by level, the structure closes.
Building at stadium scale leaves little room for improvisation. That is where an industrialized structural system earns its place. Delivered on the ground with our partners K8 Installers. More to come as the site moves forward.

The wall does everything. The design does the rest.
Industrialized construction isn't the enemy of ambitious design. It's what makes it possible.
In Torrelodones, Madrid, a single-family home over basement, ground and first floor around 160 m² designed by architect Rafael García Rubí and built with the Xpanel system: clean volumes, a cantilevered upper floor, and one continuous monolithic envelope that works as structure and insulation at once.
The result is a high-performance home thermal comfort far above a standard build, at the cost of a standard one in architecture that looks effortless. Even a six-month stoppage caused by a third party couldn't derail it: the actual build took just 7–8 months, fast enough to absorb what would sink a conventional site. Design, performance and resilience from a single system.

What Doesn't Change Is the Advantage.
When everything about a project's cost is moving, the advantage belongs to what doesn't. Material prices sit at record levels and tariffs are being redrawn market by market. The one thing a developer cannot plan around is a number that keeps changing — and traditional construction leaves timeline, labour and material exposed to every swing.
An industrialized structural system fixes what the market keeps moving: one continuous structure, a defined sequence, fewer trades. A build that behaves the same way whatever the week's headline is. Certainty is not a feature you add at the end. It is designed in from the first panel.

The Standard That Comes Next.
We are not building an alternative to traditional construction. We are building what comes after it.
Construction has looked much the same for a century. At some point, "the way it has always been done" stops being tradition and starts being inertia.
Xpanel exists for what comes next: one system, designed to become the standard — not to sit quietly beside the old one.
The next standard rarely looks obvious. Until, one build at a time, it does.

Impossible Geometries.
Flat panels. Impossible geometry. This is Xpanel pushed into geometry most systems won't even attempt — compound angles, faceted volumes, planes that fold in every direction. Same panel. Same method.
No fixed shape. Others have talked about geometry. This is what it looks like to build it — right now, for an iconic international project. If it can be drawn, we can build it. That was always the whole point.

You Can't Hire Your Way Out.
You cannot hire your way out of a labour shortage. You can industrialize out of it.
Across every major market, skilled construction labour is scarcer and slower to replace — and traditional building depends on more of it, not less. Each stage waits for a specialist who is harder to find every year.
An industrialized structural system changes the equation: fewer trades on site, a workforce trained faster, and execution that no longer hinges on finding scarce specialists for every phase.
For developers and governments, the question is no longer only what a project costs to build. It is whether you can staff the build at all — and how predictably.

The developer's margin is decided on site, not at the land purchase.
For a developer, margin isn't only decided at the land purchase. It's decided on site.
Every extra month on site is margin leaving the table — in financing, in delayed sales, in overruns. Traditional construction treats the schedule as fixed. An industrialized structural system treats it as something you can plan around.
Fewer trades to coordinate, fewer dependencies between them, one continuous structure instead of a chain of handoffs. The result is a more predictable path from ground to handover — and predictability is where margin quietly returns.
The real question before the next project: how much of your margin is decided by how you build?

One panel, many solutions: walls, floors and stairs.
One panel. Many solutions.
Walls, floor slabs, staircases — built with the same Xpanel panel. Not a different system for each element: one product, engineered to solve several.
That is where industrialized construction gets simpler — fewer components to coordinate, and more value drawn from every resource on site.

Industrialized is no longer enough: the wall must also be the structure.
Industrialized construction is no longer the advantage. It's becoming the baseline. Even the largest building-materials groups are moving in — a sign that industrialized building is now the direction of travel, not a bet.
But industrialized doesn't have to mean lightweight, or just a faster way to build the same envelope. What stays scarce is a wall that is also the structure.
That is the line Xpanel holds: industrialized and structural.
One monolithic element — steel mesh, EPS core and concrete cast into a single body — not a lining added to a frame.
So the question for your next project isn't whether to industrialize. It's which problem your wall actually solves.
