Spain takes a step into the future with Xpanel’s industrialized construction.

The industrialized construction sector is emerging as one of the main solutions for the development of residential housing, tertiary buildings, and logistics infrastructure in Spain. Its efficiency and speed in construction processes represent a viable alternative to the housing crisis affecting various regions, including Andalusia and its municipalities.

Given the rising costs of construction, the increase in material prices, the shortage of qualified labor, and the rising cost of residential land, municipalities are seeking strategies to ensure access to housing. Efficient land management, the implementation of agile and sustainable construction systems, and the reduction of construction times have become key factors in securing housing supply in the short and medium term.

In this context, the Municipal Housing and Land Company of San Roque (EMROQUE) remains committed to upholding the right to housing, as established in Article 47 of the Spanish Constitution. With the aim of exploring new methodologies to facilitate the construction of affordable and protected housing within reasonable timeframes, the CEO of EMROQUE, accompanied by his team and regional entrepreneurs, visited Xpanel’s facilities in Antequera (Málaga).

During the visit, the delegation was able to witness firsthand the competitive advantages of Xpanel’s construction system. They highlighted the scale of its facilities, the efficiency of its production line, and the versatility of the system, which can adapt to different building typologies, including high-rise residential buildings and projects of special complexity. Additionally, they positively valued the ease of transport and assembly of the construction elements, aspects that contribute to greater optimization of execution times and costs.
