New Factory in Catalonia — The First Panel.

We didn’t outgrow a factory. We outgrew a limit. This is the first panel off the line at our new plant in Catalonia, Spain. Our old site did everything we asked of it — until demand asked for more than it could give. A bigger factory would have said little. So we built for a different scale entirely.

It multiplies our capacity, and it opens the first Xmodular factory in Europe — a facility that builds modular homes, not just panels. From summer 2027, it will deliver 1,000 Xhomes a year. And 1,000 is where we start, not where we stop. One panel today. A thousand homes a year tomorrow. This is what real capacity looks like — and it’s only the beginning.
