Traditional precast is heavy, time-consuming, and crane-dependent. With Xprecast, the game changes. Our panels streamline the production process from start to finish, saving time, steel, and labor hours.
Here’s how it works:
STEP 1
Xprecast panels arrive at the factory ready-made — with cut-outs for windows, doors, and integrated reinforcement mesh. This reduces steel cage fixing manpower by nearly 75%, while cutting steel material costs through reduced consumption.
STEP 2
Steel fixers splice and bind the panels together before insertion into the mould.
STEP 3
MEP subcontractors install all required items directly into the panel. Panels are so light they can be lifted manually — no cranes required.
STEP 4
A first layer of concrete is cast in the mould, followed by the Xprecast panel, ensuring strong bonding between EPS and galvanized steel mesh.
STEP 5
A final concrete layer seals the process, delivering a precast panel ready for curing and finishing.
The result?
⚡ Less steel.
⚡ Less labor.
⚡ Less waiting for cranes.
⚡ More speed, savings, and precision.
