With over 20 years of experience in industrial engineering, technical leadership, and international business development, Mamerto has been a driving force behind some of the most important advancements in 3D panel technology worldwide.

In 2010, he took the helm as Technical Director for a global 3D concrete panel company, helping expand the reach of SCIP (Structural Insulated Concrete Panels) technology across continents. But Mamerto’s vision didn’t stop there.
In 2021, he joined Xpanel Building System with a bold mission:
To redefine the standard in modern construction by leading the development of a next-generation panel system — faster, stronger, and more sustainable than anything the industry had seen before.

As CTO, he spearheads innovation across every stage of the system:
