In the world of advanced building systems, every component matters. At Xpanel, we don’t just meet international standards — we exceed them.
Here’s a closer look at the materials that make our system one of the most resilient, efficient, and innovative in the market today:

🔩 Steel Mesh:
Manufactured with deformed steel wires (Ø 4 mm), complying with ASTM A497, our welded-wire reinforcement delivers a minimum yield stress of 60 ksi (420 MPa). With a 100 x 100 mm grid and 1320 mm panel width, it’s designed for seamless panel connections and maximum integrity.

🧊 Expanded Polystyrene (EPS):
Our EPS core uses Type XI or I modified foam, per ASTM C578, with 12–15 kg/m³ density. It’s optimized for both thermal insulation and structural efficiency, with variable thickness based on design needs.

🛠️ Joining & Angular Meshes:
Corners, openings, and connections are reinforced with precision-engineered angular meshes and welded fabric sheets, ensuring structural continuity and long-term durability.

🔧 Additional Reinforcement:
We integrate deformed steel bars (≥ Ø6 mm) with 60 ksi yield stress, in accordance with ACI 318-08 and IBC 1903, especially for foundations and critical structural areas.

🧱 Concrete:
Only normal-weight concrete is used, shotcreted or cast with aggregates per ASTM C33, and a minimum compressive strength of 17.2 MPa. For non-load-bearing walls, even our mortar exceeds 4 MPa in just 7 days.

Every material, every connection, and every calculation is designed to ensure maximum safety, performance, and durability.
